We created the Business Performance Prism (BPP) to describe how culture impacts every business.

At the centre is clarity of why the business exists at all.  It drives outwards and ultimately defines the brand and what makes a business productive.

At each point of the triangle, are the drivers of business value. Brand is at the intersection of customer relationships and trusted employees - it is how people feel when they interact with the business.  Productivity is at the intersection of engaged employees and effective business processes - it is how things actually get done. WHO

Who is an H Agent and who is behind The H Factor?

An H Agent knows that the game is never won by focusing only on the scoreboard.

H Agent 001 is Robyn Moyle. She transitioned from her HR experience in commercial, strategic management to being an H Agent when she saw the benefits of combining business performance measures and the human motivations for inspired performance.

H Agent 002 is Andrew Seinor. He transitioned from his CPA experience in management accounting to being an H Agent when he saw the benefits of combining the drivers of human behaviour with inspiring business performance.

H Agent 003 is Glen Head.  He transitioned from his experience in leading change in technical teams to being an H Agent when he saw the benefits of having clarity of purpose, a communicable plan, and clear accountability for each position to deliver it.

The H Team are bright, curious and committed people with a deep understanding of ‘how businesses tick’.
